Mr. Warren began his career in commercial real estate in 1991 in Nashville, TN, which led to a successful career in various business development activities in the real estate sector.  As former VP of Stirling Properties’ Commercial Division, Mr. Warren directed commercial brokerage activity at all of the company’s offices, including agent recruiting, business development, training and general management. Currently, Warren is a Senior Commercial Broker with Stirling, focusing on business development and investment brokerage transactions.

Warren serves on the following boards and committees.

·         CCIM Institute: Member Services Committee 2008-2010

·         LA CCIM Chapter: 2009 Secty/Treasurer, Board member, & Chairman of the Education Committee.

·         LACDB (www.lacdb.com): Board member and Technology Committee member

·         Episcopal School of Acadiana: President of Alumni Board 2005-Present, member of Buildings and Grounds Committee & member of the Facilities Design Team.

Mr. Warren attained the CCIM designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute in Chicago, Illinois in 1996. He holds the following professional memberships: Louisiana chapter of CCIM, CCIM National, SIOR, ICSC, ULI, NAR, New Orleans Metropolitan Assn. of Realtors’ Commercial Investment Division and the Greater Lafayette Chamber.

A native of Lafayette, he attended the Episcopal School of Acadiana, Washington and Lee University and finished at Middle Tennessee State University. He resides in Lafayette with his wife and two children.
