Arlene LeBlanc

As Business Relations Manager for Advancial Federal Credit Union, Arlene LeBlanc recruits companies as Select Employer Groups to offer Advancial as an employee benefit at no cost to the company.  She develops these partnerships and implements strategies and activities to promote growth and positioning of the credit union, its products and services.

Arlene is originally from New Iberia and has been a business professional in Acadiana for years.  Prior to her position at Advancial, she handled membership and events for the Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce and the Acadian Home Builders Association.  Her involvement in the community includes service on various boards such as Desk & Derrick Club of Lafayette, Downtown Lafayette Unlimited, Performing Arts Society of Acadiana and the Petroleum Club of Lafayette.  Her passion is “people” and she strives to connect those who would work well together toward mutually beneficial success.”
